Tracks 2 and 3, introduces you to and allows you to experience two core techniques, Sitting/ Breathing and Body Scan.

Please note: The 3 mp3 files are contained within a zip file. You will have to extract the mp3′s before you can listen to them. This is normally achieved by double-clicking the zip file.
